JOB Description

This is an office based role where you will have responsibility for the administration and procurement of projects to meet their time, budget and quality requirements. You will be involved in project activities ranging from planning, executing and closing projects with subcontractor interaction.

In order to be considered you will need to demonstrate-

Minimum 2 years Contract Administration experience
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Interaction/liaison/negotiations with subcontractors
Sound time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of people
Knowledge and experience with;
-Construction/Design and Construct/Managing Contractor contracts

-Tendering and procurement processes

-Literacy with understanding construction drawings

-Project co-ordination / sequencing of trades

-Computer competency - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Project

-WHS, QMS & EMS Management Systems
